The Wyoming Blue Sky Initiative began in the fall of 2021…

…following the Joe Biden administration’s takeover during the global COVID-19 "plandemic" lockdown, mask mandates, and the forced “safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine,” 5G era. Founder and Chairman Eric Foote began noticing an unusual number of airplanes in the sky, leaving behind abnormally long-lasting trails. He tried to discuss his observations with friends and family. Nearly everyone he spoke with acted like he was crazy, downplaying the seriousness of the situation. Everyone acted like it was totally normal and not worthy of consideration. "They're just ‘contrails,’ they’re harmless... airplane exhaust," they said. Something didn’t sit right with him, though. Those trails were something new—he’d never seen anything quite like them before, so why now?

In late 2022, the investigations began.

The more geoengineering evidence he unearthed from the bowels of the internet, the more it dawned on him that nobody was doing anything about it. Mainstream media outlets weren’t, meteorologists weren’t, and nobody would touch it. So, he decided to take it upon himself to uncover the real truth. As an individual, he tried spreading awareness by word of mouth, with little success. He started calling and writing to elected officials like senators and representatives, but they basically ignored him. It seemed futile... or so it appeared.

Eric was advised to “tone it down,” so he could build up enough momentum and develop a platform where all the people’s voices could be heard. That’s exactly what he did! Despite heavy opposition and a lack of resources, expertise, knowledge, education, help, or money, he built this grassroots platform one small piece at a time—little by little, bit by bit, month by month. It would have been easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, but through trial and error, many sleepless nights, and with grit, tenacity, and perseverance, against all odds—not to mention spending several thousand of his hard-earned retirement dollars—here we are!

He never imagined finding himself in this position during his golden years. Yet, deep within his heart, he felt a moral obligation and fiduciary responsibility to his own children and yours, to our families, to you and your families, and to all life on this planet. He’s just one ordinary man, a salt-of-the-earth individual, willing to stand against overwhelmingly stacked odds and risk everything to fight for what truly matters: life itself.

People, you’d better wake the hell up before it's too late!

Especially our youth, who are being affected most severely of all. It almost seems as if there is some unknown invisible force at work, somehow manipulating the masses into not believing geoengineering is real, even as it happens right before their very eyes. In my opinion, this is, without a doubt, the greatest psychological operation (psyop) in human history.

Make no mistake—geoengineering is a multi-billion, if not multi-trillion-dollar, transnational operation. This is an irrefutable fact and a far bigger issue than you could even fathom! The legislation being introduced is no more than a band-aid on a gaping bullet wound. The states do not control aerospace. The federal government controls all navigable airspace. Landowners hardly have any legal right to the air directly above their property, with no ownership of that air. The military-industrial complex, D.O.D., DOE, D.O.S., F.A.A., E.P.A., N.A.S.A., N.O.A.A., and other federal agencies’ jurisdictions do. In simple terms: the government controls the air above your house, not you! How do you think the projected $185+ billion “Golden Dome” defense system works? As well as several other intertwined, highly sophisticated, and secretive programs currently being deployed.

These merciless adversaries are extremely powerful, operating with impunity, devoid of remorse or regard for human life and liberty. Only together can we bring the darkness to light. We deserve to know the real truth!
