“What is geoengineering?”
Geoengineering is deliberate large-scale interventions in the Earth’s climate system intended to counteract human-caused climate change.
An example of geoengineering would be stratospheric aerosol injection (S.A.I.), a kind of solar radiation modification.
S.A.I. involves dumping man-made chemicals into the sky to reflect sunlight away from the Earth to reduce temperatures. The efficacy is questionable at best.
Other terms commonly associated with geoengineering include cloud seeding, “weather modification” and “weather warfare”. Less common is marine cloud brightening (M.C.B.)

“What's the big idea?”
Our goal is to raise awareness through public engagement, educational materials, social media platforms, radio, and whatever other means necessary. We're fighting for the well-being of Wyoming and all its inhabitants and finally putting an end to unregulated geoengineering in Wyoming. Geoengineering has been proven to be an extremely harmful experiment, and the long-lasting effects are not yet fully understood.
We are raising working capital to achieve these goals with the sole objective of swaying public opinion through free public education and advocacy. Our end goal is lobbying for new state legislation to ban the deliberate dumping of heavy metals and man-made chemicals into the atmosphere.
We believe clean skies, clean air, and clean water is a fundamental human right.

“What are chemtrails made of?”
Stratospheric aerosol injection (S.A.I.) chemtrails can be made of:

“Who makes these jet engines & how do they work?”

International Aero Engine (Airbus)Under normal operating conditions, condensation trails (exhaust), aka contrails, do not occur until the aircraft reaches 30,000 feet and air temperatures reach -40°F. In optimal atmospheric conditions, the vapors dissipate within 300 meters after leaving the jet engines.
To put this into perspective, 300 meters equals approximately 984 feet. The most common commercial passenger aircraft in use today are the Boeing 727, 737, and Airbus A300, A320. These range in length from 117 to 177 feet.
Taking the Boeing 727 as an example, with a length of 117 feet, we can divide this into the exhaust length of 984 feet. This gives us a ratio of approximately 8.4, meaning a contrail typically extends only about 8.4 times the length of the aircraft before dissipating.
At an altitude of 30,000 feet (roughly 5.7 miles), these relatively short trails would be extremely difficult to see with the naked eye, especially given the aircraft's high rate of speed.
So, please explain that, FAA, EPA, NOAA, NASA, and others involved. We would be excited to hear what you have to say and overly willing to have a publicly televised debate regarding this matter and others.
What you are seeing is chemical components being injected into our atmosphere, plain and simple.

“Are they chemtrails or contrails?”
Contrails (short for "condensation trails") are line-shaped clouds produced by aircraft engine exhaust caused by changes in air pressure and temperature. They are composed primarily of water, in the form of ice crystals. The combination of water vapor in aircraft engine exhaust and the low ambient temperatures (-40 Degrees Fahrenheit or less), and at high altitudes (30,000 feet and above) causes the trails' formation. Contrails are barely visible to the naked eye!
Unfortunately, what we are told isn't always the truth, especially when it comes to Contrails. Jet engines leave much more than just (H20) water vapor crystals. These include (Jet A-1) jet fuel remnants, (CO2) carbon dioxide, (N) nitrogen (nitric acid), (S) sulphur (sylphic acid), and other particulate pollutants. Last time we checked the chemical chart periodic table, these register as chemicals. So, is a contrail really a contrail or is it a chemtrail?
“Chemtrail” is a colloquial term which typically refers to stratospheric aerosol injection, or other forms of solar radiation modification geoengineering. Chemtrails are highly visible chemical trails in the sky. They are often seen in short and sporadic bursts, while others are long and lingering and do not dissipate. These spread across the sky leaving a white haze in our troposphere, which can clearly be seen on our "Seeing is Believing!" page. (link)
It sometimes refers to cloud seeding — the deliberate spreading of particulate matter into the atmosphere to encourage cloud formation. This is a form of weather modification (possibly even weather warfare), often used for agricultural purposes.
In our humble opinion, Contrails are Chemtrails. You be the judge.

“Who really controls the airspace above the surface?”
Under U.S. federal law, the government—not individual states—controls all navigable airspace (including the first 500 feet regulated by FAA safety rules), while landowners only retain limited rights to the air directly above their property insofar as it doesn’t interfere with that federal authority.
The often-referenced “500-foot” figure comes from FAA minimum safe altitude regulations, not from property ownership law. Those regulations govern how aircraft may operate; they do not establish a property boundary or grant ownership or control of that airspace to the state or the landowner.
Disputes involving low-altitude flights, drones, or interference with land use can fall into legally unsettled territory. In those cases, the analysis typically focuses on whether the activity substantially interferes with the use and enjoyment of the land (e.g., nuisance or takings concepts), rather than on a fixed vertical ownership line.

“Can it even be done?”
In short, yes! We absolutely can ban geoengineering. For starters, have our Governor, Congress and state agency do their jobs and start enforcing the EPA’s Clean Air Act. Implementing the strictest penalties possible by law and initiate restrictions by the Wyoming Aviation Agency, Wyoming Department of Transportation, Highway Patrol and those State Officials responsible to enforce any newly proposed Bills introduced by legislation to ban geoengineering within our state borders. Three (3) states have passed legislation to stop geoengineering and many other states, including Wyoming (HB0208 died in committee) have already introduced legislation to ban geoengineering with little to no effect. However, there was recently new legislation proposed by Wyoming Rep. Mike Schmid called “The Wyoming Cloud Seeding Moratorium and Baseline Act” and “Wyoming Clean Air Preservation Act” giving us a glimmer of hope. Unfortunately it also was killed by our state legislature.
Geoengineering is a clear violation of the 10th amendment of the US Constitution. On those grounds alone the justice system could end this. With enough grit and perseverance, anything is possible! Here are a few possible ideas for those reading this.

"Who is doing it?"
It is not uncommon for residents of Fremont County to observe 20 to 30 chemtrails in our skies on any given day. With 3,244 counties in the US, using conservative estimates of just one plane spraying per county per day is a staggering logistical footprint.
Consider the personnel requirements for one aircraft. Depending on the type and size of the jet, each flight would require a minimum of 2 pilots, 1 crew member, and roughly 4 operators to manage onboard equipment — totaling 7 personnel per plane. That equates to 22,708 individuals deployed daily, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This figure does not include additional flights, extra manpower, or ground crews to perform maintenance. Nor does it include the upstream operations: mining raw heavy-metal minerals, processing those materials into nanoparticles, manufacturing of chemical compounds, and additional equipment and materials to sustain such an enterprise. Logistics, transportation, and storage...
A operations of this magnitude would likely require the National Guard, Military and/or a vast network of private contractors — not to mention secure, well-protected facilities.

"Mr. Blue Skies" has counted over 75 chemtrails in one single day here in Riverton and they weren't heading to Disney World ! That was one of the straws that broke the camels back and pushed him to take action! "Wake up people!"

On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld stated publicly that the Department of Defense could not account for $2.3 trillion. The very next day (9/11), the Pentagon was struck by a missile or plane and destroyed all the records.
Today, the Military Industrial Complex is requesting an additional $1.5 trillion in funding. This doesn't not include the billions of dollars already spent on ongoing wars.

Identify aircraft flight number.(So we can track and trace.)
Take high resolution photographs of plane activity like spraying or not spraying.
Locate airports and fields that are being used.
Monitor airports for suspicious aircraft and write down identification number.
Start counting and recording the number of daily aircraft flying over your area (so we can cross-reference flights.)
Interview pilots.
Identify contractors servicing & supplying materials being used.
Demand FAA flight logs under the Freedom of Information Act.
Any and all information is valuable and worthwhile. Getting involved is the important part.

I am writing you in regards to the very serious, unacceptable, and ongoing issue of geoengineering and cloud seeding that is plaguing our once pristine beautiful deep blue skies, endangering our environment, natural way of life, and dooming future generations. The non-stop "DAILY" barrage of aircraft injecting heavy metals and other unknown chemical(s) weather warfare is not only toxic and entirely pointless with questionable efficacy at best, it is sowing the seeds of a bleak, dark, unbreathable and unsustainable future.The continued authorization and covert state (government) support of these extreme and experimental environmental interventions lead to an unavoidable conclusion: a future devoid of our clear blue skies, where ecosystems are plunged into catastrophic disorder. Such actions threaten to dismantle the natural order entirely, bringing humanity perilously close to existential collapse.
I seriously urge you to take action and introduce new legislation, similar to “The Wyoming Cloud Seeding Moratorium & Baseline Act” and the “Wyoming Clean Air Preservation Act.” recently introduced that would unequivocally ban all forms of geoengineering, intentional and unintentional, on land and by air activities, including but not limited to solar radiation modification “SRM“ stratospheric aerosol injection “SAI”, weather modification, cloud seeding and others. This should be your number one priority and fiduciary responsibility to keep the citizens safe, and hold guilty parties responsible with harsh penalties.
