It’s time to rise up!
What do we have when people begin to lose their dignity, integrity, ethics and morality... and become controlled by fear, the lust for fame, power, money, and let greed influence their decisions.
What politicians on a modest salary have you ever known to leave office worse off financially? We don't and would be glad to know, (please share!) This is called self-servicing interest or political enrichment. So, if a person serving "We the People" is looking to enrich themselves for financial gain by means of inside trading, and other financial contributions or gifts. Would it be fair to say that one might be willing to sway their opinion or even a vote to favor their financial interests. This is called corruption at its core and sometimes even blackmail. Turn the cheek and look the other way, so to speak.
Follow the money!
To really address these matters at hand and uncover the real truth (and more!), we suggest taking a deeper look into the campaign contributions, donations, and gifts given to our City, County and State publicly elected politicians and government leaders to see if there are any suspicious conflicts of interests. There’s nothing wrong with honesty and transparency. Find out where the money is coming from, how much and for what purpose(s). This can be achieved through public records, and, if necessary, by private audits. Starting with our Governor and his appointees, Barrasso, Lummis, Hageman, and the Nay Voters on HR0012: Andrew, Bear, Banks, Brown, L, Byron, Campbell, E, Chestek, Clouston, Connolly, Davis, Erickson, Geringer, Filer, Fornstrom, Haroldson, Harshman, Heiner, Jarvis, Kelly, Larsen, L, Larson, JT, Lawley, Lien, Lucas, Nicholas, Posey, Provenza, Riggins, Sherwood, Singh, Storer, Smith, Thayer, Washut, Wasserburger, Williams, Wylie, Yin and so on down line to our City Mayors and Council Members if need be.
Follow the money! Sounds like a great idea to us, but how about you? This should be public knowledge anyway, in our opinion. Public servants work for us, "We the People," who elected them. They should not be personally benefitting from us.
The Tenth Amendment of The Constitution of the United States exists to protect public health, private property, agriculture, and environmental integrity from potential harm caused by intentional atmospheric interventions, including weather modification, cloud seeding and solar radiation management, etc., but if it isn't strong enough grounds to stand on. And The United State EPA "Air Quality Act" isn't even enough to prohibit the deliberate chemicals being injected into our atmosphere without our informed consent. Then what else is there?
Well, we believe there are ways to fight back!
Start with strong, honest leadership with a backbone, willing to stand for what is right regardless of the consequences, and not cower to the Deep State Cabal.
Oath of office: Individuals pledge “to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic” and should start honoring that commitment in good faith.
Here are a few ideas:
Support Wyoming Blue Skies in the fight from the ground up by donating today! Let us do the dirty work that so many are afraid to. Start giving to a cause that really matters! All proceeds and donations go directly to the cause.
Unite all people, and organizations awake to the fact that geoengineering exists, and understand the irreparable harm it is causing to our State. Set aside the idiosyncrasies and attitudes to join forces, focus our energies and resources as one. Quit with the excesses and buck up cowgirls and cowboys. It's time to get the job done!
Auditing our State, Counties and Cities is a must. How about asking or hiring D.O.G.E. and Big Balls, Elon would probably do it for free and without bias or political influence. If not, hire a 3rd party. Fraud and waste seems to be a BIG prevalent issue throughout our nation. We're guessing it is here in Wyoming too?
Ban all willing, unwilling, intentional and unintentional forms of ground-based and atmospheric geoengineering, including but not limited to other means of weather modifications, technologies and/or frequencies directly or indirectly relate to; such as EMF, ELF, RF/MW (5G/Towers, HAARP, NEXRAD, Satellite) and others.
Mandate our DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) to immediately commence testing our air, foliage, soil and water for chemicals being disbursed into our atmosphere listed in our website and others. Based on our observations, Dane Wigington at geoengineeringwatch.org maybe a great resource to enlist to help streamline this process and save some of our hard earned tax dollars in the process. Why in the world wouldn't they? A better question would be, why havent they?
Pass strict and comprehensive legislation to prevent and protect against AI, all forms of mainstream media and social media's false information and representation propagandas, by State and Federal Agencies. Including and not limited to other foreign organizations and governments such as WHO, WEF, UN, etc.
Create an open, unbiased State-funded website platform with a honest and truthful dialog with our Public Citizens to "debate and to educate".
Set into law a “Hold Harmless, Unconditional Immunity” agreement to protection any and all military, civilians, and whistleblowers alike. Allowing people guaranteed first amendment protection to blow the whistle and speak out publicly and/or privately. Ensure their safety, status, and financial well-being.
Expose and challenge gag orders! Pressure unions, the media, and other organizations to start telling the "REAL TRUTH". Examples: SGRG (Solar Geoengineering Research Governance), NWSEO (National Weather Service Employees Organization) Union, NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) and the American Geophysical Union that represents the National Weather Service, as well as NOAA's Office of Satellite & Product Operations, Office of General Counsel, Aircraft Operations Center, and Atlantic Oceanographic & Meteorological Laboratory, etc..
Start protecting Private, Public and our 9,000 plus non-profits in our state, such as churches, hospitals, health agencies, news outlets, environmental and outdoor activists and other organizations. Let them to openly speak the "REAL TRUTH" without fear of prosecution, losing federal, state and county grants, donors and other financial perks. Allow them to question and speak the truth without bias and shame.
Launch a thorough investigation into to our 501c environmental, heath, wildlife and outdoor related nonprofits registered within our state of Wyoming for fraudulent activities and misappropriation of funding. And bring any and all unlawful finding to the publics attention and awareness.
Mandate ALL private, state, county and city airports to report any and all suspicious aircraft, pilots and crew, materials and/other activities that may be related to geoengineering or cloud seeding to the local law enforcement and the county sheriff department. Enforce strict penalties such as loss of funding, fines, holding P.I.C. accountable with misdemeanors and/or felonies charges.
Establish a special task force to visually inspect all aircraft within the state for any external discharge pipes, hoses, nozzles or other vents installed after the fact, that are not standard and in compliance with the original manufacture specifications. This includes but is not limited to our Air National Guard and Military aircraft. Take photographs, collect other data and report all abnormalities to all local, county and state authorities for future investigation and inspection. Place owners, pilots, crew on notice and tag aircraft for inspection.
Charge any pilot, crew, vendor, persons, businesses, organizations and/or agencies knowingly involved in the participation with geoengineering and/or other related downstream effects, including and not limited to any and all state, county and city officials regarding the disbursal of chemicals of any kind for the intended use of geoengineering, weather manipulation or atmospheric polluting with a mandatory misdemeanor, 120 days in jail and not less than $100,000 fine. Second offense should be a mandatory felony, 5 years in prison and not less than $1,000,000 fine, including the loss of all licenses and privileges. In addition, any and all equipment used, including aircraft, should be impounded.
F.E. Warren Air Force Base - Legally request in writing (FOIA) any and all past and present documentation related to geoengineering; SAI, SRM, weather modification, cloud seeding, etc., activities in our skies above the state of Wyoming. Be relentless. This should be public knowledge!
Mandate the WYDOT (Wyoming Department of Transportation) to register, record and track any and all heavy metals particulates and other chemicals related to geoengineering and cloud seeding at the Ports of Entry and all Weight Stations throughout our state. In addition, send notice to the State Highway Portal and County Sheriff Departments. The amount of newly installed surveillance systems being installed along our roadways should make these relatively easy tasks. Start tracking and tracing them too.
Take appropriate legal actions for violating The Clean Air Act and the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and demand it be enforced. Bring it to the SCOTUS with all means necessary.
A legal team will be required to appropriately address these matters to implement and execute the necessary legal documentations and filings, etc.
Enforce the enforcers and hold all accountable for their actions, duties, responsibilities and performances.
These are merely suggestions to consider in building a stronger, more comprehensive and aggressive plan of action for accountability. Other states have introduced wonderful written legislation to ban geoengineering that we can learn from and offer great insight. Unfortunately, Wyoming ain't one of them, yet !
Could you imagine the legal repercussions of our Federal Government’s admission (or discovery) that they are proven to have involuntarily dispersed toxic heavy metals and other chemicals into our atmosphere for decades without the public’s informed consent or knowledge and what the irreparable damages it caused would be. It would make the 1998 Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement look like chump change!
